Things To Do On Kasol Valley Trip!!!

1. Hiking And Treking

There’s nothing more serene that walking along lush greenery. Kasol offers multiple exploration options for casual walkers, trekkers and everyone who falls between these two categories. Best people to give you an idea of the difficulty level of each are the locals. You could either get in touch with a local when you visit Kasol, or plan your trek in advance with the help of our verified local agents.

2. Israeli Food

Life’s good with a Shakshouka, a Bureka, and a lemon cake in Kasol. Having covered the best places to visit in Kasol, you’d definitely love to gorge on some amazing food. If you have not tried the cuisine, this is the place to start. Go one dish at a time and keep repeating the ones you like. Don’t forget the trout! And desserts are mind-blowing; we recommend Hello to the king and Hello to the queen at The Evergreen and the fresh bakes from The German Bakery at Moon Dance.

4. Malana

Isolated from the rest of the world lies a solitary village in Malana Nala, which is a side valley of the Parvati Valley. Known as Malana or the Malana Village, it is located in the Kullu district. Widely known for its strong culture and religious beliefs, with various sentiments embedded in the past, it is a place meant for people who seek spiritual guidance. This place is also apt for all adventure lovers since the route to Malana is famous for trekking.

The temples in Malana - the Jamadagni Temple and the Shrine of Renuka Devi - serve as major attractions of the village. Built closely to each other, they are well known for the worship of various gods and goddesses which are highly respected by the locals, and a lot of care is taken with respect to its preservation. The trekking route to Malana is adorned with lush deodar vegetation along with a slight view of the Malana Dam that energises people from time to time.

5. Pin Parvati Pass

Pin Parvati Pass serves as a perfect destination for the trekkers seeking challenging adventure. It is one of an amazing Trans Himalayan trek that will not only leave spellbound by its beauty but also gushing with adrenaline with the challenges it throws at you.

With a fascinating trail of approximately 110 km, the thrill it presents is almost unending. The Pin Parvati Pass Trekking trail is not really well defined but get worse during the monsoon season. The track within the thick forests of Great Himalayan National Park is also a big challenge even for an experienced trekker. Crossing the Parvati River and its various tributaries can be a bit excruciating and so does traversing the high altitude fissures. However, no matter what number of challenges it presents, the Pin Parvati Pass trek is exhilarating enough to make it one of the most sought after Himalayan Pass trek at high altitudes.
